So okay, I'm not crazy or stupid about ads. I know what they do, how they work and I know other people make money from them. So I got siblings, they love toys and I noticed that they click on anything that has a image or anything that relates to that product they are looking for. Do you think targeting children audience will make me more money using adsense then adults? Not trying to say kids are stupid, but I think they might be a more stable click rate then adults clicking our ads. Discuss..
There is a possibility that you can get more click on kids because most adults already know that you will earn the moment that they click on your ads and so they won't click. Children don't even care about whether you are going to earn or not.
I think I'm getting into my experimenting phase to test out different adsense marketing techniques I'm going to invent. On some niches I don't see touched at all.
It is a creative thought . However from all of your site audiences, how many of them (%) are children ?
I'd thought of this; except that most niches that children would be into don't pay that much. They're not gonna click on loan and insurance ads hehe
I'll be blunt. I have toy sites and I use adwords Sites that are used heavily by children - e.g the ones that make 'cartoon dollz', go straight on my block list. Kids don't have credit cards, so aren't much use to me. Having said that, those sites do have adsense on them, so some people advertise, but I suspect you can't make much per click.
ya know you have made an interesting point. i never thought about targeting a young audience. and kids not having credit cards wouldn't really matter since you would not be selling them anything just advertising for others. the hard part would be creating a site targeted to children and then getting it noticed by them. you might just have something here. good job thinking outside the box.
All I know is I wouldn't want my kids clicking on random paid links...never know where they will lead you. Nothing against you personally, but I would focus on the 15-35 crowd and go after parents instead of their children?? What do I know.
I would beg to differ with you....Accepted the fact that you just need children to click and not buy...but then...think from the advertisers point of you. Would not they be aware that children are bound to just click on their ads and that there are very very less chances of making a deal with them... Hence they would offer you peanuts for such clicks! Like for example, cartoon shows or arcade sites. Kids thrive to find more games by clicking on the images. Or if they see a image of that "new" cartoon that was advertised they might click it. But what do we know, it's all about testing, seeing if we get results, assuming if anyone besides me is going to test this and if it works , I'll write a report.
Using clicks from kids is unethical because they don't have the judgemental ability of adults. It's as bad as clicking on your own ads or asking someone else to click on them. If you want to win on adsense then you need a network of 50 or so sites giving you 50 cents or 1 dollar a day. Plus, those sites must get 500 to 1000 unique visitors a day.
Follow the main idea of AdSense Ads, either Kids or adults. If they are interesting on Ads, Click will come, I think time of an incident click is gone
