Would adsense detect that it's the same content?

Hi, my a/c got banned by adsense sometimes back... when I tried reapply again with a new website (quality content), the application was declined...probably found out there was a link between the website and me.

Now I wish to close the website, open a new website under a new domain and now register it under a business name, a seperate entity fr. me.
I would then transfer the content of the old site to new site... would goog give me any trouble with a site that has exactly the same content as one that they didn't approve before? would they find out since the old website is closed and all content now not available online...(or do they keep a screen shot of pages and compare the contents of new to old site...)

I thought since they banned me because of me and not the website itself, having another site (while preserving the same content) under a seperte entitiy would work.

Any advice?

 

go get a new name, a new address etc..

 

It's google of course they will recognize old content. What I would do is reword your content completely and change it around a bit..

 

Get a new domain and rewrite 25 % to 45% of those webpages.

 

They will realize so don't bother doing it....try to change most of your content if not all! and ofcourse your business name location, etc.
