    Not really, no.
There are too many variables - what region you're targeting - search or content campaigns, - and then there's what google would charge you as a cpc - which would depend on your quality score - which would depend on your landing page.
And then it all depends on your click through rate - how many people you can get to actually click on your ad.
And just having one keyphrase isn't really a productive way to use adwords.

To be honest, adwords isn't really that good for the quick 'short-burst' type of campaign for a beginner - it takes a bit of time and trial and error to get a campaign right - have a read around the rest of the adwords forum and you'll see that it takes time to get your quality score steady, to lick your landing page into shape etc.
You'll easily spend your $15 and more just finding out to get adwords to work for you. Worth doing if you're thinking of it as long/middle term investment, but maybe not if you want quick results.

Rough ideas can be garnered by using the "Traffic Estimator" in your AdWords account. For your phrase "free psp demos" you are looking at the following (for targeting US "country" only):

    Average CPC: $0.32 - $0.43
    Average Clicks per Day: 26-27
    Estimated Cost per Day: $20

Why not try to fine tune your target audience (who is it exactly that you want to target) and refine your geographic targeting (region, city/state, country) and make the most of your $15. Now if you could multiply that $15 x 10 = $150, you can play with some campaigns and really hone it in to bring about the best return for your PPC project.
