Yeah I tried to get on earlier and got the same message. The site is obviously just down.

 

Same with www.vbulletin.com (as opposed to .org).

 

Yeah, I had also got same message when i tried to get in at bulletin.com/forum/
I am sure i am not banned surely something is updating at their server.

 

It's working now. There is this message about the planned downtime.
