You'll need to give a bit more information on where those ads are going to run, who your prospects are, what your commissions & conversions are likely to be etc...

I think spending $250 on email spam will get you in a lot of trouble.

Great plan but I would not invest more on the others till I have done trials with small budget.Initially I would put 60% of my budget in Adwords as that is assured.About banners, I would rather go for text links as more and more people are becoming immune to banners and some complaining they are obtrusive. You may need to be extra careful with the mail lists. If they were built unethically, your site may run into troubles for spamming.

Don't throw all your cash in at once. start with spending max 250 usd. Then if you go up hill (+$$) then you can throw in more money and keep doing that :)

    Good day,

It really depends where your putting these ads and your experience with ppc.

If you know how ppc works then this the best way to go if you don't know how it works you can learn and it will pay off for you.

Ya I would dump this one: $250($25 a month for 10 months a emailing site email 2.5 mill people i saw it advertised on dp)

It won't give you the results you want for the money you are spending. Instead I would put it in more effective forms of marketing, or drop the amount on Adwords.

You'll have problems with adwords - they don't like gambling sites. I know everyone is going to say "oh, but I've seen ads for gambling sites on google", but it says in their TOS
Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of online casinos and gambling activities. This includes sports books, lotteries, bingo, poker, sites that provide tips, odds and handicapping, software facilitating online casinos and gambling, and affiliates with the primary purpose of driving traffic to online gambling sites.

    Good contribution.

He has a budget for marketing, why not spend it? If it provides a positive ROAS, then he's golden.

Why on earth would you advise against it?
