Your site looks good as per the standards of the niche you have chosen. Why do you wanna sell it ? I guess this should worth not more than $25
It doesn't look like your page is really monetized yet, and I doubt is getting tons of traffic. That said - as much as China_girl sounds sarcastic, she is probably right with her price tag. If you can prove that you make x$/month for at least 3-4 months in a row we can discuss a price (around 10-18x the monthly revenue). If you can prove that you have lots of traffic we can discuss a price too (this really depends on many many variables though ). Anyway - good luck with your site!
Traffic or Revenue make your site valuable. Probably 8-10 times revenue. Or if you have traffic, it's quite variable, you really need to find someone who can monetize the traffic to find the true value.
Your website looks very decent. your ad unit placement is good as well. You can put Leaderboard (728 x 90) in the header instead of banner. You have to increase your traffic, then conversation will take place for pricing.
