Worth it?

I currently have a way to get thousands of cpa results a day...

I'm wondering, is it worth it? I run a quiz site, and what i could do is require people do enter their cellphone or do w/e to get the results... Is it worth it compared to just ads?

How much money do you typically make each time a user enters there info? Such as cellphone...?

Do you have any legal troubles at all?

It will make money if they enter phone number to sign up for something but you have to tell them they are signing up and will get billed or terms.

Well, first of all, in order to get away with that, you can only use offers that allow "incentive" traffic...This basically means that you're allowed to bribe/pay/ask people to complete the offer.

Most incentive offers are not going to be simple email/zip/phone submits. There are some, but not many...and most incentivized offers like that are not going to pay more than $0.50 or so

They aren't gathering that info as an affiliate (as far as I can tell)

It looks like they're just gathering it for their own use. So, QuizRocket has tons of names, email address, and addresses for them to send offers (spam) to. What you originally described would be you providing another company this information, and you getting paid for it.
