    Really ive had the same issue,

    I brought a hosting account, paid £30 upfront,

    month 1 the company takes away email support
    month 2 the company goes missing..

    I'm sysadmin of Webhosting.am for about a years.
    Im also client of them, and have very good hosting quality.
    The Administrative manager who own the compagny is very friendly and wants to offer only quality services so he bought best servers. Webhosting.am ! Give a try

    Its Yahoo! is unique than others, who practise this with every client unethically.

    lol why are you so desperate to call them anyway, why not just take away your domain and host it somewhere else?

    yes yahoo support is useless, atleast on the email. i removed my site from yahoo sometime back...
