    My ISP, rogers.com made a deal with yahoo a few months ago. Now, they force their users to transfer their personal websites hosted on their servers to the great geocities hosting service (of course they simply pull the plug on their servers, no redirects).

    The old name structure for their subscribers' free webspace for members.rogers.com/myname . Now they got this great spam-friendly idea for their subscribers new web site url : they use the e-mail as the basis for the website url : ca.geocities.com/myname@rogers.com .

    what a great idea! Make me feel like using it, I bet I could get even more spam than the 60 I receive every day. :D

    I would just take your html, reregister at a regular geocities address (if you really want a free one) and repost your site. You are going to lose all your SEO work with the new url anyway...might as well clean it up a bit.

    I imagine if you don't you will wish you did at some point and it will be too late.

    If it was truly blank, it wouldnt have anythinhg.
