I found a url that: lifelovelipbalm.bravejournal.com That is a pretty long one eh?

No, that's not a typo... that's really the domain name. A whois shows:

It gets better:

The URL takes you to a prominent Google search box with 29 categories listed below it and a mis-linked graphic.

 

If only all of our websites could be so breathtakingly professional....

Just to address the earlier complaint about me posting that url. (I figured it would get a visit since it probably lit their logs up) My point was merely a comment on the choice of domain, not the site.

For instance Someone posting

is not saying New York City sucks (or doesnt exist) or that weddings suck but instead commenting on the readability or usefullness of the actual url.

I used to register domain names like that because they get type ins. But it is no way to run a business ... ppl think you're retarded
