worst support of hostgator

I have vps from hostgator since last 3 years, but in now days i am facing worst support from hostgator, they taking too long time in reply, there chat staff cant solve problem, every time we chat with their support they say they will escalated our issue to their super administrator and their super administrator take to much time in reply, since last two day my vps down, i have hosted 250 website in this and customers are on my neck, all my email services and web services are down, but still i am waiting for their super administrator`s reply

if you have any good provide who can provide good support immidiately please let us know

Have you tried calling them? 2 days without answering to you is too much time.

 

yea, 2 days is very bad. typically get replies very fast

 

HG has grown over the past few years. I don't really use big box companies if I can help in any more. Most mid-sized providers are very responsive on a more personal level. They might also take a little extra time if support is busy but when they do get with you they treat you like a person and are usually more than happy to go out of their way to help you resolve your problems.

 

I think there is another side to the story...?
