Give them a break, they've only been running for a while...

Also, they have a 15 day money back guarantee, 30 - 7 (the week it took for your details to be sent) = 23 .. right.

Thats why you don't buy hosting from a Domain company that just started doing Webhosting. Stick with the big / Reliable names. HostGator comes to mind.

Buy hosting from professional and reliable company only, those who are stable and dealing with hosting business only.

As one who's on both sides of the fence, formerly from a registrar/host and is
now a regular user like everyone else around here, I agree with that. Next you
know, the OP might post another thread about a host worst than the one he's
    dealing with here.

Just give them time, tempscript. It seems unfortunate your issue wasn't fixed
quickly as expected, but we'll indeed know soon enough what happened.

And nope, I'm obviously not with Namecheap. Just one who understands both
    sides.

and now you've made NC look bad for no reason in this entire thread. Nice.

That's the way it goes. But Namecheap's no stranger to things like that.

While everyone has their own varying thresholds, it's rather a shame the OP had
potentially jumped to conclusions too soon. OTOH, why it took so long isn't good
    either.

When it's a company as large as NC, I'm sure they've got to run it through their superiors etc even for a measly $5.00 refund, or however much it was.

Still, I think the thread was un-warranted. However, what's done is done and I'm happy the OP got his refund.
