I was called for a 1 week probation period by TIYP group Los Angeles, CA as they said my resume was selected for one of their client's requirements. I was sent to their client company "Inthemo" on monday 11/16/2009 for a 1 week probation period. The person whom I was supposed to meet on monday 9 am did not show up for the whole day. A guy named Shanket Patel introduced himself and started assigning work for me. he conversed in Hindi most of the time. I told him multiple times that I do not know Hindi and asked to explain in English but inpite of that he spoke in Hindi. There was another guy Pradeep who came to the company for 1 week probation period during the same period I went., the way Shanket Patel spoke to the other guy was totally different and sounded very polite to him as Pradeep also knew Hindi, I felt discriminated. The person incharge Eric Bernal met me on tuesday and I told to him that I have 2years of part time work experience in .NET using C# in server side scripting and I also said that I do not have much experience in client side scripting. Inspite of that I was allowed to work. I was called to work in .NET for 1 week but I was tested in .NET only for 3days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and the other 2days they got their company's administrative work done by me which I was not at all informed prior. The decision must have been made by Wednesday(11/18/2009) evening but I was also called on Thursday, Friday to get their administrative work done and also on Monday (11/23/2009) as well which was absolutely unnecessary for me. I came to Los Angeles from Chicago because people from TIYP said that my resume was qualified but I was ended up in Iltreatement and got assigned unrelated work wasting my time and money. i never got paid for my work. inthemo is a fraud company and has the worst working environment eva !! please look for a better company to work for if u got a call from them.
NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got same offer, please let me know if you still working, quit or fired? explain the "unrelated work" and 'eric bernal'. I is this company and office really exist?? How you were tested(interview,exam etc). Reply me as early as possible I am in Chicago so have to move for work . Thanks
Need urgent help...............i too have got an offer in India. Kindly provide more details about the company's fraud and Eric. Need urgent advice in order to to decide whether we can continue the job or not.
