doing a bit of research when i came across this adwords ad what makes it worse is it was linked to a parked domain
Worse than that some ads lead to pages that don't exist or are down, under construction or have an error that's preventing them from being seen. At least on his parked site he'd be able to get back some of his click costs. It could also be money laundering. Someone hacked into an Adwords account, redirects to a parked page and even extracts cash everytime someone clicks.
LOL, subscribed! I'm sure there's some good "bad advertisments" out there. I've seen the worst of the worst in my niche, that's for sure.
How isnt that thing dissaproved? I find it wierd that adwords operator checks only placement ads. Sometimes you can run an ad thats totally out of rules for weeks.
A sort of competitor of mine has been running an ad where they've messed up their DKI for at least a year. They've put one wrong bracket in so the first line reads like this {KeyWord : Blue Widget) They haven't noticed for a year, google haven't pulled it. It just makes you wonder...
I've wondered about that - whether the odd punctuation draws the eye -but seeing as you're not actually allowed to use weird punctuation to make effects, it shouldn't be bloomin' well allowed *grumpy*
