Worse paid

    Hi all.

    I wonder if there is any more than I have noticed that Google will pay less for clicks now.

    This summer, as found in any case I they paid much better than they do now.

    I am interested to hear whether you have the same views. :confused:

    Yeah I have noticed it. I sometimes get less than 1 cent a click

    Yesterday i got 120 clicks making $5.50

    Today i got 240 clicks, making $2.47

    The advertising market is down worldwide. TV stations, radio stations and newspapers are affected. Radio ad revenue is reported to be down 30% in my city. Gawker.com said that their ad revenues are down and it was reason for them selling consumerist.com.

    Google is undoubtledly getting less Adwords revenue so it would make sense for Adsense payouts to be down.

    It is showing some kind of improvement of late. Adsense click rates were next to nothing some days back. It seems that since the 20th this month, things are limping back to normal. When I say Limping I mean it because there is improvement but nothing significant.
