I see the minimum hourly cap is 52, can't I make it a little bit lower? It says this is the minimum for this plan, what plan should I order to be able to set it to lets say 20 per hour?

Don't change it your self, otherwise it will set to the min/max automatically.

No that would not help as i haven't directly received the payment. The payment is with 2checkout, so we'll have to wait a short while for their email.
