    Quick review...
    In short i would say - forget adwords :) use megatraffix.
    I'm using them for a couple of my sites since Nov 2007. The traffic comes from all over the world, mostly North America and Europe, but that depends on the time of day and holidays. The traffic flow comes at a relatively steady rate, not extremely overwhelming either, and it's clean in terms of browsers and useragents. You can easily redirect the traffic based on referer and/or country if you use geo targeting. Useragents do not contain any weird toolbars and stuff, which indicates that the traffic is clean and no grey hat stuff is being used for that. For my affiliate sites, buying their traffic was consistently profitable.
    There used to be 2 things that i would love to have and they don't have yet (but working on it as i heard) is - traffic throttling - they are working on that as i'm typing this, and a little more annoying is that you would never get a notification if the package runs out. I asked them about that awhile ago but i guess i didn't explain it clearly. Again, it would be nice to have - just something like an email coming a day or two before the traffic flow stops with a warning message that has a check box or something - click here to pay for the next round or something like that.

    Overall - great thing for me. I will definitely continue working with the guys.
