    Hardly the smallest website. The flash may be 18x18, but the window size was not set so there is a huge unused background. Furthermore, people have been using 1x1 sites with no status bar, no file menu, and no title bar for years. Of course, these were mostly pop-up generators, but if you can call one flash game a site then people can call one javascript a site as well.

    It could be part of the whole strategic plan.

    Make the smallest website in the world and once you got that title, turn you "smallest website" into "the world's biggest website."

    That is a website to remember. :)
