    Yep! It's no coincidence why the Japanese are such healthy folks. Most of their food is healthy. Americans are 5 times more likely to develop cancer than a Japanese person, and 4 times more likely to develop heart disease.

    Exercise helps, but if you're eating a double cheeseburger and steak everyday, your arteries are eventually gonna get clogged.

    I stopped eating cheeseburgers a long time ago, but I still frink coke sometimes and eat hot pockets and other junk.

    I'll be working from home starting 2 weeks from now and I'll start cooking more. Hope to get to 80 at least, but healthy, I don't want to be a sick 80 years old man
