A buddy of mine (Jeff) used to work for the internal helpdesk at Kinko's! Well, one morning (he worked graveyard), he gets a call. Calls as well as what the agent is doing while taking the call, is logged by a program called "Witness". hahha yeah im just sayin i thought since there was a video that there would be something on the video not just a still shot.... i was hopin for some glass breaking and stuff being thrown around in the store.....
I think the support guy is trying extremely hard not to laugh, and did a very good job at not showing any signs of laughing!!!!!! Then when they hang up....
The company that Kinko's was outsourcing their services to would have given Jeff a strike against him if he'd hungup so he hung in there!
