It may come to some as a sshock, however yahoo has announced that they are closing their door on "site explorer" in the next few weeks, what are you guys going to use to check your backlinks? Seeing as YSE has been the prefered choice in the industry for years. We all know that Google does not show you ALL your links even in Google webmaster accounts. So what reliable solution are you going to use? Apart from backlinkchecker.com (only checks 1000 links - problem when you have a large site...)
