How long have you been waiting? It says - "For most of our backlink packages it takes approximately 5-7 days to complete your order. For larger backlink packages it will take longer".
Also how long did you wait for a reply on the email? I am not saying you have not been wronged but it is hard to vilify a company without more details.

that is a shame they took your money - have you tried to recoup the money from your credit card company? All things bought with UK credit cards are insured against loss or damage, or in this case - non delivery of service promised! Sometimes it can take 4 months for backlinsk to show up in yahoo site explorer etc - have you looked at your site with majestic to see if any of the links are implace? naturally the free backlink checker tools update from datacernters over time and as such they could have done the work. did you get a report of links placed?
