    I need someone who can make me a design for my world of warcraft private servers website that is using Web WoW CMS v2 .. My budget is $40 - $50 and i am looking for a simple, clean and easy to navigate design, Blue + white colors.. Preferred that you have some knowledge in warcraft, or atleast games, or as long as you can make a nice design.

    He said to me that, he will send e-mail to 200.000 people and send me the reports in 2 days. But he is a cheater! He didn't send mail and also he didn't send my report! I paid him $30... Ban him please!
