    Why are you selling this site?
    I am very busy working on other projects, this one doesn't get enough attention. The site has 53 722 visits as of this month - can be more. I do not want it to fade away, that is why it is for sale.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    It has a Facebook page, but I do not have the access to it.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    If you want to have more traffic as well as revenue, 1-2 hours a day will be more than enough.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
