    I am selling www.teenageworkout.com.

    The site is a simple blog highly optimised for adsense, and makes around $5 a day. All articles on blog are completely unique and written by me.

    Traffic ranges around 200 UV a day. All traffic comes from search engines and incoming links. Incoming links being forums and article sites.

    Yes, I know some people don't like buying such young websites and there is a factor of risk in that sense.

    Though surly a website making this amount everyday could sell for $800+. As I said, this is why I offer such a low price for the site.

    There is not enough conetent on the site.

    Mate I can smell bullshit from a mile away. You have like 5 blog posts indexed in google and something like 12 backlinks in yahoo. Your telling me this site has made $150 in adsense in the last month? :rolleyes: Why haven't you included the domain name in adsense screenshots?

    Not to mention the seller goes offline when hit with the hard questions ;)

    I can say with 99.9% confidence this site wouldn't have earned $150 since december 16th with adsense.

    It is suspicious despite the age of the site...Although it does rank for "teenager workouts" and "teenage workout." So that is a plus. Are there any other keywords that your site ranks for? Which keywords brings in most of the traffic?
