working with wordpress SEO

    hey friends,

    I am working on wordpress SEO,
    anybody can guide me? or any suggestion to work on SEO for wordpress.?

    I'm specially doing meta tags which is really easy part.
    but some of the Theme related questions those are HEADER tags, and link

    all suggestions and tips are welcome !
