Yes, you have done nothing for this project. As from the beginning I pointed out to you several times that we are interested in Google results only. And you agreed to work for Google results. They are 0! We do not care a bit about yahoo and msn and it is not certainly the excuse for your lame work. As we agreed about Google and you evidentely didn't achive ANY result at all give us full refund as it was guaranteed by you.
Well the sceptic in me may be silenced yet. Only been around 12 days into the campaign and the site has gone from obscurity to 64th for hair loss prevention. Not the keyword i'm targetting but showing that the less competitive terms are noticing the site. Tom
Guys I have very basic SEO knowledge and was quoted $3000 to get onto the front page for Google.com.au for a search term I did it in 3 weeks with no expenditure and without doing any link building
We started working with Wildstone (Sanjoy Nath) in August and he promised to get our site to top Google (2 keywords) within 3 months. He never kept his promise. All he did was taking the money and assuring us that he was working hard. Besides, he guaranteed money back in case of a failure. As you may guess he didn't do that too. He is not answering my emails and is not willing to have any kind of a dialog. I am sure he is not the person to work with and he in fact lacks knowledge in SEO.

It's your fault, because you should know better. "Guaranteed rank <x>" can't be guaranteed 100%, because you don't know what your competitors are doing. What if they're investing twice the money and time in their sites' SEO than you? Instead, notice if there were any results at all. Did the traffic increase? Did you get better serps (even if not the ones promised). Wil the ROI work out eventually?

Sanjoy, I find it really disappointing that I have to resort to communicating through your threads however I feel it is necessary in order to get a speedy response. I have requested many times that you provide me with details of what you have done, and by details I DON'T mean general statements along the lines of: "I have done link exchanges" "I have done directory links" "I have made blog comments" "I have made blog posts" "I have made forum posts" "I have made article links" While all of the statements have their place in SEO, none of the statements show me work that have been completed for MY project. I do expect a fairly complete list of work done, I am completely within my right to demand a complete list of what I have paid for however for the sake of speed I will accept a 50% report ASAP. As my keywords are no longer in the top 200 in Google, nor were they ever in the top 10, I feel I and other potential customers deserve to know what I have got for my money!
I would also like to say that my keyword is not even in the GOOGLE TOP 1000, site has been in Sanjoys hands for over 4 months (since early September 2007). I am hoping he has not got my Keyword blacklisted.
Fine, ignore my complaints above, I guess you ignore the problems you are having and only comment on the sites you are performing with, so I guess its time to take this to the next level!
