Working out .rss address of a feed

I am pretty familiar with HTML but not at all with RSS so please don't shoot me down for asking what will no doubt be a basic question.

I have been forced by my IT department to begin using Wordpress for the blog features that I offer to users on my website. Without boring you with the details, I have a Wordpress RSS feed which you can view at http://newbattle.mgfl.net/?cat=74&feed=rss2

I want to be able to add this RSS feed to an external webpage. I don't want anything complicated - using a program like http://feed.informer.com/ would suit all my needs. I have no intention of learning php or anything

However what is confusing me is that I was under the impression that RSS feeds had to end .rss or .xml - and the link I put above definitely doesn't, so I don't think I have identified the correct address.

I am probably doing something basic that is wrong; or have a fundamental misunderstanding of RSS feeds - so could somebody point me in the right direction on how I can find the .rss or .xml address of the feed?

    Thanks
