Working on On page optimization - Description to be similar to all pages of the site

Hi,

I am working on On page optimization.. the description that is should be the same for all the pages of the sites or it should be changed according to the content.

if you are talking about the meta description, then it should be unique for across the board. And also try to have unique title through out the site.

you can see the pages with same meta and title in your webmaster account in crawler error tab.

its good idea to keep alwayz unique in title and meta description.

You can have keywords related to Content of the sub pages but try to have unique Title and Description for whole site.

Though description tag wont help you a lot in rankings, but it will help search engines and visitors understand what the page is about as the content in the description tag is displayed in SERP's.

Also having unique tags will help you target more keywords.

Meta Title, Meta Description - should be unique for all the pages and it should be attractive and description should be 250 ch. short 2 lines. Title should be 65 ch. describe your keyword in it.

don do the mistake , u need to put relevant and different desc. for each page... never duplicate your metas specially title and descriptions...
