    Hi DP

Do you think Working from Home is really worth it? - This is based on ANY online business, even owning your own I.T business...

I think its worth it, earning over 100k per year from working at home - web development & systems management and the occasional coding work.

You can live anywhere you like! Even out in the woods or something where normally there would be few or no job opportunities.

I think its worth it. I don't make hundreds of thousands of dollars like you do. Even when I just get the bills paid each month I'd still rather be a work from home writer than a go out into the world and deal with a dress code and irritating coworkers writer.

Hahaha... you ask it then you answer it...
But this good question to start a topic.
Working from home with internet is good. You have a very flexible time.
No one command you, you just only do it on your way, and you can also work as a team if you do project.

    Depends on the person....

Are they disciplined enough to spend 8 hours actually working? Or do they watch TV and be a bum around the house.

If sales take a nose dive is their a backup plan? Does a husband or wife work that could support the household?

Will the person get bored or want less stress of not being a boss and get a job outside of home.

Yes its sure that working from home offers a lot of benefits as you all stated, but it also has its disadvantages. It usually includes more hours at work, although these can be funnier, but it also has a part of risk. A "normal" probably offers a more stable revenue for average people than Internet job. Raising a family with a uncertain monthly income can be difficult. But its certainly pleasant!

    yup its great...
the only thing that is not there in working form home is the exposure. Meeting people in real and online are two different things and I probably enjoy being in the real a touch more.

I think it would be great to work from home. No one to boss you around, no one to irritate you.. No strict following of 9-5 schedule.

At the same time, I'm inclined to believe it's both positive and negative. While it may seem as though those working from home are about to lounge around, in truth, these are the people who aren't the ones making the most money. True, you don't have to be at the office at 9am, but working at home means you often will work until Midnight or later as it's difficult to justify something waiting until the next day; it's all on you.

Ironically, I find most of my inspiration outside of the house. Sitting at home all day drives me absolutely insane. I hate it. Do I want to be barked at by a boss and use all my time to make someone else money? Not necessarily. However, social interaction is the very foundation of everything I find myself able to do and manages to keep me sane...somehow.

Each clearly has their trade-offs, it becomes a matter of discipline, commitment, and willingness.

Hi! To my mind behind working from home is the future - it is really worth it! Due to the opportunity of working from home you can manage your time by yourself as well as your schedule and the results of your work. It is convenient, really! Working from home is a brilliant way out for such specialists as copywriters and translators - it doesn't matter from where they work. And, of cours, for those who prefer to have their own online business.
