    General Business should cover this.

A new forum is only created when there's demand for it.

    Just put it in GC.

It is always a good idea working in different country IMO. Since your business is online base, it doesn't matter where are you located.

I enjoy living in US. Learn lotz of stuff that i won't know if i stay in Hong Kong

Business and career dicussion sould indeed go where Master Rob suggested, or if it gets very personal (of little use to others) General Chat possibly. No need for a dedicated forum.

We already have a place for Jobs. In Buy/Sell/Trade, read the forum descriptions.

In the end, this is a webmaster forum. Not a career management or Human Resources forum. We can't just create new sub forums for the simple reason that 'DP has the traffic'.

Ultimately as Tops said, this isn't a career guidance forum. And secondly, we do not see youth coming in and asking for advice formally everday

If and when the need for such a forum genuinely arises, (which I am pretty sure it won't ;) ) it will be created..

Like Tops mentioned, new sections are started only after there is enough existing discussion about it (and then those threads are moved to the new section).
