    Can I place CJ with GA, ClickBank ? And Can I put CJ in porn website ?

    You could always read the Terms of Service... you know the legal contracts you agree too?

    The answer is yes for most of the above, and nobody in the mainstream world works with porn.

    Yes, you can use CJ links together with Adsense, Clickbank etc. No, you can't put them on a porn site.
