i don't sweat a lot :O it's really weird =) Talk about perfectly contradictory! I just had me a box of wheat thins (THINS? this stuff makes you FAT!) and a poptart. damn i really gotta hit the gym! >
I just read that playing golf and walking 18 holes while carrying your clubs burns about 1,800 calories. I usually walk twice a week and use a cart 2-3 times a week. So that's probably helping things a bit. 1,800 calories is equivalent to a 2.5 hour jog.
Same here! I used to work out daily.. I think I just need an exercise partner to keep me interested and motivated because I get bored really fast.
It's best to have a goal/point to go to the gym. Mine is to excel in mixed martial arts with a body that can keep up with my training. Find yours.
Every Morning Before I go to Studies I Run about 15km while listening at music, It really Gets you up and you have energy for all day that you don't want to sleep while sitting at that boring Classes. Well I don't go to gym actually really much maybe 2 times per week, but still.
I go 3 times a week and do treadmill and bike, i slack off just like you every couple of months then totally regret it and get back into it again. You need to find someone to go with you that has worked for me then you feel obliged to go and not let them down!! trust me it really works!
I haven't done any exercise for ages except for those *really* slow walks around the estate. Then one day, my kids' swimming instructor suggested I do few laps while I wait for the kids and so I did. Every week I have to add a few more laps.... Last Saturday I finally hit 40 laps in one go !
