Hi I have few people who are going to be working from home. How can I track them? Can anyone suggest me any good softwares i can ask them to install which allows me web history, screenshots. Would prefer softwares which can take videos and has webcam capabilities so I know the right person is working any ideas suggestions?

I used worksnap. It's good but expensive for one user Yaware- freelancer don't like it as it shows 24hr tracking. I would be sneezing somebody privacy which I donot want. I only want to track time spent on my job
