I work from home. I sit in front of my pc and work all day, sometimes night. Though i take some rest. For sometime i have developed some problems but i dont know whether it is related to my steady use of the pc. Being take medicine, but it complicated the whole issue giving some panic attack. The problems Back pain Abodminal discomfort Anyone have problems like this? or Know how i can solve them?

Yes, thats the problem you will face.. Don't sit too long in front of PC.. It will definitely spoil your health.. Better go for some walk, often to make you feel refreshing.. You can try "vajrasana" (yoga type). Search google for the position.. That will help you to improve digestion power and reduce back pain.. Don't take tablets, it will lead to more complication..
Do Not Work Continuously Do Some Stretch Look Around - Take off your eyes from computer screen and look at your surroundings. Sit straight and assure that your lower back is getting adequate rest. DON.
You might stress out your body too much using PC for long hours. Yoga and meditation are the best cures. The best part is that you won't have to buy anything extra and the results are permanent and last a life time.
