Work From Home? Have this problems

    I work from home. I sit in front of my pc and work all day, sometimes night. Though i take some rest. For sometime i have developed some problems but i dont know whether it is related to my steady use of the pc. Being take medicine, but it complicated the whole issue giving some panic attack.

    The problems
    Back pain
    Abodminal discomfort

    Anyone have problems like this? or Know how i can solve them?

    Get an inversion table.
    I use mine every morning for about 15 mins, it makes me feel 10 years younger.

    You need to take a 15 minute break for every hour you spend in front of the pc. Trust me it works ;)

    Yes, thats the problem you will face.. Don't sit too long in front of PC.. It will definitely spoil your health.. Better go for some walk, often to make you feel refreshing.. You can try "vajrasana" (yoga type). Search google for the position.. That will help you to improve digestion power and reduce back pain.. Don't take tablets, it will lead to more complication..

    You might stress out your body too much using PC for long hours. Yoga and meditation are the best cures. The best part is that you won't have to buy anything extra and the results are permanent and last a life time.

    You live in nigeria and you work from home all day?! you must be the guy thats keeps sending me emails saying i have inherited 1 billion dollars and need to contact the nigerian government to receive it??
