work at home or at office?

Yup.you are spot on

 

Your home is much better when you look at it from a worker's pov.. You can have flexibility as well as a comfortable working environment..
However, there are some disadvantages of working at home as well.. You don't get enough attention to your work with all the noise (an exception for people who live alone ofcourse ) and you often lose the encouragement to work.

 

Have worked from Home for many years at 1st it was strange after working in a office with people too talk with etc but after a short time duration you adapt with your new surroundings,these days i work what ever hours i like.

 

I've worked from home and in an office. I'm much more productive in an office but working from home lets you be a lot more flexible with your time and efforts.

Plus at home you can eat cereal in your pants!

 

You need to be disciplined in order to work from home.I'd always prefer working from office.

I prefer working from home because of the advantages that comes with it. You get to be your own boss.

Definitely home. home sweet home no better place than home.

 

Well, it definitely has to be the office for me. Too many distractions at home, and always nice to get out of home mode and into work mode. Then good to leave work behind at the end of the day too.

 

I like both, in the office talso to interact w/other people personally and at home to be relax and comfortable

yes, correct! work at home is best! you have your own time and can do whatever you want. I want to be my own boss and dont want to dictate what im going to do.
