I've been listening to lots of advice from people like Perry Marshall or Chris Cardell and they seem to be really pushing Wordtracker.com

I tried the trial but it wasn't really enough to make an impression on me as it only gave me info that i had found outmyself in other ways.

Is it really worth a go? does it really enhance your keywords?

I use it, but I work at an agency and have new clients coming in often. If you only have one site, the $299 per year might be a little hefty and you might be able to get all you need to know by doing a trial run or paying them for a report.

If you have more than one site, or plan on offering SEO and SEM for multiple clients then it is a pretty incredible tool for keyword analysis and research if you use it correctly. It saves you time and gives ideas on words you would have never thought of, but are highly searched, so you don't have to spend all your time getting to know the client's business before you can give them a decent keyword suggestion list.

Here's a jewel: You can use the top 1000 report for the last 48 hours to find out what to blog about. If a name or something peculiar pops up with little competition, and you blog about it, your post has a good chance in search and will get more visitors to your site. Granted, it may not be a lot of targeted traffic depending on what you offer. It does get you more eyeballs.

Wordtracker is just another tool in the toolbox...it doesn't "enhance" anything.

Like any other tool how it's used is the key.
