Does anyone else find Wordtracker inaccurate? My website statistics show way more searches for particular keywords than Wordtracker shows.
What do you think which make Wordtracker differs from Google Keyword Suggestions Tools that now they have the number of search as same as Wordtracker?
It is unaccurate, it is just a prediction of what the traffic will be however there are many anomalies on wordtracker some which i have covered in my article http://www.back-links.org/The-importance-of-keyword-research.php Even so, you can usually still use wordtracker and many of the other keyword tools as an estimation of what you may receive
I think wordtracker is inaccurate. It is not updated regularly, It is showing same search results from the past 1 year for the keywords.
I wouldn't trust the free version of wordtracker entirely. I've gone after niches where the numbers were very skewed from what WT said and the amount of traffic I actually got being ranked #1 in Google. I would suggest the google adwords tool for better estimation of search volume.
Ive never thought Wordtracker to be anywhere near accurate and I dont understand why people would pay for it.. i wouldnt even use the free version. Adwords tool is much better!
alright guys but adwords tool is not showing local result if you are searching UK keywords then adwords can't help you and word tracker have an option to find UK keywords. I know it's not accurate but it's have there own benefit as well.
