    Such features are very common now. Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal....all can do a very good website.

    Wordpress is easy, more preferable for Blog type of website.
    Joomla (that's my cup of tea) is great and evolving. If you select this, I can offer you some help :)
    Drupal is little difficult/complex but with some awesome features and security.

    If you still cannot decide, then go with wordpress!

    According to me Wordpress is better option as its very user friendly in terms of editing contents slider and also make your work easy through availability of Multiple Plugins
