Such features are very common now. Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal....all can do a very good website. Wordpress is easy, more preferable for Blog type of website. Joomla (that's my cup of tea) is great and evolving. If you select this, I can offer you some help Drupal is little difficult/complex but with some awesome features and security. If you still cannot decide, then go with wordpress!
