Hi, I'm an user of WP and was wondering if anyone had the solution to a problem I'm having.

It appears that WP converts the quotation marks as well as like apostrophe's to a the ASCII codes or whatever they are called.

For example, the quotation marks get converted to “ while apostrophe's to ’

My question is, is there any way to stop this? Because first of all, it looks kinda strange and second, it displays the code rather than the punctuations itself when viewing the RSS feeds.

I've searched around and changed the encoding to UTF-8 like in some forum posts, but it didn't seem to get the answer I wanted. If anyone could help, it'd be great. Thanks.
