    It can actually be a great site for Wordpress plugins. And you have quite a lot of market value too. There are some plugins that cost money, and you can make a percentage of that money everytime a purchase is made. Also, visitors to your site shall be bloggers, so all sites targeting bloggers might choose to advertise on your site.

    Could be considered kind of a domain hack. I'd say Low to Mid $xx at the most
