    Buy link on sites with high PR, publish articles(with link to your site in) on other blogs, submit site to social bookmarks.
    But be careful, if you build to much links on an short time, then google will treat your site like spam and your site will be penalize.

    - Build up links slowly
    - use social bookmarking for the first time
    - make some very useful and unique blog comments in other blogs
    - then web directories
    - contribute your articles to article directories with your link in it
    - ask some others for blogroll exchange
