wordpress xhtml/css programmer needed

    I had my theme coded into wordpress but there are a few issues that need taken care of.

    1. the subpages are not showing correct in IE, they look fine in firefox but off in IE, its just one page "single.php"

    2. I have a new footer that needs coded and integrated its in psd format.

    If you could please give me a quote i would appreciate it or contact me for more details.
