I hired a developer 2 weeks ago to do WP/PHP and slice my re-design on my site. The deadline was 4 days ago. He spent a lot of time on a PHP issue he could not resolve so I ended up having to look for someone else. I need someone to start immediately. To my understanding the XHTML/CSS is 90% done, a few elements need to be sliced. Some of the WP work is done as well and integration. Current site: http://ratemyvdub.com At the moment, people submit their cars, and I get an email and have to manually upload. This needs to change with the new design to automatic submission. The user uploads picture(s), post title, and email, and it creates a "pending" post in WP for my approval.
