Buying Wordpress wp_list_categories $10

    I have the following code below, it will list out all my categories + the post count.

    However i want do something different, I want it list out all the categories, but for the post count , i want it count how many of the post content contains the following text "megavideo" and show the count for that.

    Means..

    Category A (2) <= refer to out of maybe 10 posts, there 2 post which contain the word megavideo in the content
    Category B (5)

    Payment : $10 usd + Good service award extra $
    Mode: Paypal

    This is for me to get statistic and plan for my sites, i will pay more if you can submit to me the solution in the best way. and working of course.
