I've created a simple word of mouth marketing plugin for wordpress and it's now available for download at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-word-of-mouth-marketing/ Basically, it adds links at the bottom of your posts / pages so visitors can bookmark, email to a friend, and subscribe to your RSS feed.
