Buying Wordpress Woocommerce Expert Needed ASAP

    I'm having problems with one of my payment gateway I get this error message sometimes when someone tries to make a payment

    "Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again."

    I need to find out what it is so it can be fixed. If you know how to fix this please send me a message on here or on Skype at Dave9021021
