You will have to go directly into the template files. I think they are located in wp_content/themes/[your theme name] Good luck.

Yea I got confused too. Go to those files wp_content/themes/[your theme name]/ In there you will see header.php (top picture), sidebar.php (use it to edit sidebar), index.php (post layout kinda like in Blogger), footer.php (edit the footer of the page), archive.php (edit the layout of the arhive), single.php (edit how the page will look when it's by itself. You can open these php files in notepad. Read a little bit of the code from these files and compare them to what's showing. It is a little tough but if you know HTML you should get the hang of it. Skinny
Why not just go from your CP to presentation/theme editor? This is where I edit all my template files.
geez where are you stuck at? just edit it like you edit any other html page.... or use the bullt in editor if your permissions are correct
WordPress is the Rolls Royce of Blogs. Advanced, yet so simple to manipulate. I think lots of people tend to make things harder than they need to be. Good luck with your blog!
If you need a site done in Wordpress my partner Elray Jones and I can handle that for you. Just let me know!
Here are a couple of sites, I am PMing you more. Elray has been out of retirement for a few months and he is amazing at designing websites. I provide all of the content. We just teamed up a few weeks ago, but our projects are going very well. We can provide you with a 3 plane layout, work with ANY CMS or PHP scripts out there, design simply HTML, yet Wordpress is our preference. Check out these samples: http://www.webmasterdelux.com http://self-reliant.net http://originalcontentwriting.com I am sending you a PM now as well. Thanks! Laura
