Wordpress won't recognize my plugins

I am having a problem building my website on wordpress

I have a hosting account that allows me unlimited domains.

When I created my first website, I downloaded semiologic theme, static front page, and google analytics

When I added another domain to my hosting account, I went to see if these three folders already existed on my FTP site and they did. I didn't have to download them again. However...

When I go to my wordpress dashboard, I see that the semiologic theme is not there and none of the plugins show up either.

How can I make this new domain recognize these files that the ftp site says are already there?

Typically a host will create a separate folder for each domain/subdomain. If wordpress is installed two different times, you will need two copies of each of the plugins. Typically, you would look in a folder like ~/domain.com/wp-content/plugins
