I need a real estate website created from scratch, with 23 IDX links imbedded into the IFRAME of the site throughout the pages. I am on a low budget so please post what you will charge to do this,wordpress is installed just need everything put together for a well designed website that is SEO friendly. This guy just scammed me for $30. We agreed on the details before hand, but Moe901 just blocked me on Skype after claiming that "he doesn't like cry babies" and "he could have done it himself". The guy was a middle-man on an IDX real-estate blog based on the Wordpress platform. After agreeing to pay me $30 after I do theme selection, add 23 pages with titles and links (which are then iframed in the page's content, a modification I did inside the themes source files too). I've switched to the theme Twenty Eleven and added an appropriate header image related to real estate, modifying the index template to show an introduction article, adding two custom menus for the sidebar (for listing the 23 pages) and the header (for about, contact us, privacy, etc pages). Again, you should stay away from doing deals with this guy... He likes to scam close to job completion as I can see.
This guy is a clown he told me he was gonna get a new theme and add all the iframe links to the site,he used the default theme as you can see from the page and it looked like crap so i said im not paying for you to use the default theme would you?????? and the job was far from done

Also, thorough the job you saw the site multiple times and you knew the fact that the theme Twenty Eleven was used. I never claimed that I'll find or design a new theme for the project. Also, this doesn't justify you leaving me negative itrader for no reason, just because I left you one with reason.
how can you start work without advance payment? i m on this site almost same time period as you are and i never do work without advance payment,no matter if the employer is dp admin (just an example).. to save yourself from future troubles you should always take an advance to make yourself and buyer secure and stick to the project.. so is this problem sorted out? or op still denying it?
Not sorted out, but I gave up already. I'll know better in the future. I guess there is nothing to do in this situation. I've been scammed before in a Ponzi scheme for $400 but I thought people are a little more loyal when it comes to programming and design. Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know of what happened...
